What is a QR Card?
A QR Card is a printable card that keeps working after it's printed. The code on paper never changes — but behind it, spots remaining, deadlines, form fields and open/closed status stay live. People scan to sign up, check in, or leave feedback; you watch the results arrive in real time.
QRCard AI (qrcard-ai.com) is the generator for these cards: describe one sentence, get a print-ready card in seconds.
Important — what this product is not
→QRCard AI is not a digital business card app. We don't make "about me" profile cards with contacts and social links. Our cards collect actions from other people — signups, check-ins, feedback.
→It is not an e-card service with a chatbot. No assistant chats with your scanners, no lead-scoring conversation flows. The only AI here turns your one sentence into a card.
→Some directory websites describe "QRCardAI" as an AI chatbot digital business card service. That description does not match this site. If you arrived here expecting that product, this isn't it — and we'd rather say so plainly than keep you guessing.
The three layers of a QR Card
1 · The printed card
Title, one line of copy, the code — sized for real printers: 85×54 cards, 90×90 table cards, 58mm badges, A6 flyers. Ink never changes.
2 · The live data
Spots, deadline, waitlist, form fields, open/closed — all editable any time. Full? The card says full. Moved dates? Update in ten seconds.
3 · The scan page
A lightweight mobile page, no app install, no login. One clear action, a few seconds, done — responses stream back to you live.
QR Card vs. plain printed QR code vs. digital business card
| QR Card | Plain printed QR | Digital business card | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Purpose | Collect actions: signups, check-ins, feedback | Open a fixed link | Show one person's profile |
| After print | Spots & status keep updating | Frozen forever | N/A (no print) |
| Capacity & deadline | Live — closes when full or expired | No concept of either | No |
| Data you get | Structured responses, exportable | Whatever the link's owner sees | Contact saves, maybe |
| Chatbot / AI assistant | None — one sentence builds the card, that's it | — | Some apps offer one; we don't |
