QR Cards exist to collect actions in the real world — signups, check-ins, feedback. That means people's names and email addresses flow through this site, and that deserves a policy written to be read, not skipped. This page states exactly what we collect, where it lives, how long we keep it, and how to delete it.

1. What we collect
Card configuration (creator data). What you type into the generator: card title, copy, style choices, spot count, deadline. Cards can be created without an account; if you save one, it is linked to your account.
Scan responses (respondent data). When someone scans your card, the mobile page asks for the fields you defined — typically name and email, plus any custom questions you add. Only these answers are stored; the scanning device itself sends us nothing beyond what the form submits.
Account data. If you sign up: your email address and authentication credentials. No profiles, no tracking identifiers, no behavioral history.
What we do NOT collect. No analytics, no advertising IDs, no cross-site tracking, no location, no contacts. We do not fingerprint visitors.
2. Where it is stored
Card definitions and responses are stored on the servers that operate qrcard-ai.com. Access is limited to what the service needs to render your cards and return responses to you. The feedback form embedded on this site is served by a third-party form provider (FormLM) and transmits only what you choose to submit there.
3. How long we keep it
Cards live until you delete them — that is the point of a card that keeps working after print. Responses live with their card, so a card that has been collecting signups for a year keeps its history until you remove it.
Deleting a card deletes its responses with it. There is no shadow copy, no “soft delete” that keeps data out of your sight.
4. AI, third parties, and your data
We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
We never use your data to train models. The AI in QRCard AI works when you generate a card: your one-sentence instruction is processed to build the card's spec (title, fields, spots, style) and is not used for any other purpose.
Processors we rely on: the hosting that serves this site, the CDN that delivers scripts and styles, and the form provider behind the feedback widget. Each receives only the data required to perform its function.
5. How to delete everything
Your cards and responses: open your card list, delete the card — the card, its code and all its responses are removed.
Your account: write to hello@qrcard-ai.com and we will delete your account and every card attached to it.
Respondent requests: if you scanned someone's card and want your submission deleted, email us with the card link or code — you do not need an account, and you do not need to explain why.
We handle deletion requests within a reasonable period and confirm by reply.
6. Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies and embeds no analytics or advertising scripts. If you log in, a strictly functional session cookie keeps you logged in — nothing more.
7. Children
The service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted data through a card, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
If the policy materially changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
