The homework card lives by the shelf: students snap a photo of the finished page, the form takes their name and the week's pages, and the reading logs arrive before Friday instead of in it. The parent-update card goes home once in September and keeps linking the week's homework, the announcements, and the field-trip form — updated Friday, relevant all term. The quiz card runs the Friday five: scan, name, start; results stack with names attached, and the phone in the pocket becomes the answer sheet you never have to photocopy. The quota on each card is the class size; the deadline is when you say the week ends.

Do students need accounts or apps?
No. Every phone camera scans the card and the form opens in the browser — no app install, no login, no password resets during period three.
How does photo homework turn-in work?
The turn-in card opens a form asking for name and this week's pages; students photograph the finished worksheet from the same page. The photo arrives with the name attached, timestamped, in the live list.
Can parents who don’t scan still get updates?
The card is one channel, not the only one — the link behind it is a normal URL you can text or email to the families who prefer that. The card is just the way most of them will actually use.
What size card works on a classroom wall?
The 90×90mm square scans from across a doorway; the A6 works for the take-home version in a backpack pocket. Both print on the school printer.
