01 Do QR Cards expire?
No. Free cards do not expire and keep working — spots, deadline and status keep updating after you print. A card only stops when you close it or delete it.
02 Can I change the link or content after printing?
Yes. The printed code never changes, but everything behind it — spots, deadline, form fields, status — can be edited anytime. That is the difference between a card and a plain printed QR code.
03 What are the free plan limits?
The free plan produces fully working cards: all materials, themes and print sizes, live spots and waitlist, PNG/SVG/PDF export, CSV export of responses, cards that never expire. The one limit is 10 live cards per account.
04 What does Plus add, and when does Pro arrive?
Plus lifts the 10-card cap and is purchasable today — your localised price shows on the upgrade page. Pro adds members, a shared card library and roles; it is still in planning. Either way, every card you already made keeps working.
05 Who owns the data my cards collect?
You do. Responses flow back to your card list and analytics in real time; you can export or delete them at any time. See our privacy policy for what is stored, for how long, and how to delete it.
06 Do people who scan need an app?
No. Any phone camera opens the card's lightweight mobile page in the browser. One clear action — sign up, check in, or answer — takes seconds, no install, no account.
