How does check-in work with a QR card?
The card carries a form: attendees scan, type their name once, and the entry lands in a live list with a timestamp. No app for them, no spreadsheet wrangling for you.
Can the schedule on the conference card change after printing?
Yes. The pass card is a link card — the printed code stays the same, and the schedule page it opens is whatever you point it at. Move a room, update the page, every pass is current.
What happens when capacity is full?
Form cards carry a quota — set it to the room size and the form stops accepting when the last seat is claimed. The card shows the count as it fills.
Which card size fits a door or lanyard?
The A6 reads well taped to a door at a distance; the business-card size slots into lanyards and badge holders. Both export as PDF with print-safe margins.
