Our product is a card you print and trust in the real world — so the rules should hold up to the same scrutiny. This page states what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and what happens to printed cards if anything ever changes.

1. The service
QRCard AI generates printable QR Cards — cards that collect real actions. When someone scans, they can sign up, check in, or leave feedback; the spots, deadline and status behind the code keep updating after print. The free tier is the product itself, not a demo.
2. Your account
Cards can be created without an account. If you create one, you need only an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe; write to us if you lose access.
3. Your cards and the data they collect
You design the card, you define its fields, you point it at your audience — so you are responsible for what it collects and how you use it. Don't design cards that request sensitive identifiers: government IDs, medical records, financial account numbers.
You are the data controller for the responses your cards gather; we are the processor. What we store, for how long, and how anyone can have it deleted is set out in the privacy policy.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use QRCard AI to break the law, harass anyone, distribute spam, phish, impersonate, or mislead people who scan. A card's promise — “scan to sign up for this event” — must match where the scan actually takes people.
If a card breaks these rules, we may disable it. We'd rather tell you first; for clear abuse we will act first and explain after.
5. AI generation
Generating a card from one sentence is assistance, not authorship. The AI drafts the title, fields and style; checking the result before you print is on you. We never use your instructions or your respondents' data to train models.
6. Availability — and your printed cards
Honesty first: a printed card depends on this service being online. We run it to stay that way, and free cards carry no expiry date — “never expires” is a product commitment, not a marketing line.
If the service ever had to shut down, we will notify account holders at least 30 days in advance and provide a way to export your cards' data first. What we will not do is switch off printed cards overnight.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, its design and its code belong to us. The content you put on your cards and the responses they collect belong to you. You may export and leave with your data at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don't warrant that a code will scan on every device ever made — print quality and camera variance are real. Our scan-check tool catches issues before you print; use it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for anything connected to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — for free-tier users, that means zero. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms materially change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Termination
You can delete your cards and your account at any time — deletion is immediate and takes all responses with it. We may suspend accounts that break Section 4 after notice, or without notice for clear abuse.
