Discovery call card — worked example
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Coach Dana hands one card at the end of every free workshop. Scanning it opens a three-field request: name, the goal in a sentence, a workable time window. Ten calls a month, and when the tenth is booked the card itself says what it now is — the waitlist for next month.

One question this sample gets asked
Is this a scheduling app replacement?
It is the front door, not the calendar: it collects who wants a call and how many are left, and stops when full. What happens after — the actual call — stays your scheduling tool's business.
