Café table feedback card — worked example
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Rosita's Corner Café put a small card on every table: one rating, two taps, an optional line about today. No tablet at the counter, no Wi-Fi login to answer it — the notes land on one live list the owner reads at close.

One question this sample gets asked
Does the guest need an account or the café's Wi-Fi?
No. Any phone camera opens the card and the answer is in — the list lives on the café side, and CSV export takes it out whenever.
