QRCard AI

A Blinq alternative built for the printed run, not the profile

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Blinq is a good app for one person: build a card, add a wallet pass, share it by tap or QR, and see who visited. The unit of the thing is you, again and again. QRCard AI is built around a different unit — the job. A workshop sign-up, a door check-in, a tasting-room RSVP, a table-card feedback form: each is its own card, with its own deadline, its own seat count and its own list of answers.

Two shapes, side by side (October 2026)

Three checks before you change route

CHECKLIST

Write the success sentence first

A saved contact is a pleasant number. A list you can act on Monday is a different number. Say what the printed piece must return, and the shape follows.

CHECKLIST

Read the free plan against your print run

Some plans cap the card, not the scan. Ours caps live cards at ten on the free plan and leaves every feature — export, live screen, all print sizes — on the table.

CHECKLIST

Think about the day after

A hosted profile is edited in place. A printed QR Card does the same for the destination, and adds a deadline you can close and a capacity you can hand out.

Questions from people moving off an app card

Can a QR Card be about me too?

Yes — that is a contact or link card. What changes is what happens after the scan: the same card can also ask a question, hold a seat count and close on a deadline.

Does my audience need an app?

No. The camera opens the page, one action takes about ten seconds, and nothing is installed at either end.

Is this only for events?

Events are where the counting is visible. The same card shape runs menus, storefront counters, classrooms, clinic intake and open houses.
